D-Link DIR615 N-router - cwspellowe - 12-01-2012 I have three of these, BNIB, retailing at around £30 iirc. Wanting £20 posted each please. Will work with all types of modem and operates on 801.11b/g/n Re: D-Link DIR615 N-router - Scott - 14-01-2012 You can stick DD-WRT firmware on these and they run really well, I've got 2 set up at either end of the house to boost signal and they've been great. So they work as bridges? Some of the routers i have bought in the past wouldn't act as a bridge so i might consider on of these. These old victorian houses dont seem to like wireless signal ![]() Re: D-Link DIR615 N-router - Scott - 14-01-2012 That's right. Take a look at the features that DD-WRT offers, it takes just a few minutes to reflash the firmware and get set up. I think you may even be able to get away without having DD-WRT on your other router (and it doesn't need to be the same model either, you can have two different routers bridged). ![]() Re: D-Link DIR615 N-router - cwspellowe - 30-01-2012 Ha, they sold already anyway but cheers for bigging them up ![]() |
