RE: Some of my 306's in action - Scott - 03-12-2012 I think the cossack was owned by Springs, and I bought my C5 steels off the current owner. He mentioned the car was with you Miles and that you were racing it...you won a few races in it didn't you? EFA RE: Some of my 306's in action - miles - 03-12-2012 Yes that's him and yes it was, and I did win the class in it this/last year, Shame he's up against my new one next season thou, LOL Was put back to original spec almost with the silly stickers and slammed look gone to a more sport spec RE: Some of my 306's in action - Scott - 03-12-2012 Well it's looking very tidy now Sounded like he'd spent a fair amount on it RE: Some of my 306's in action - Niall - 03-12-2012 I very very nearly bought that car as a ninja buy from him. Looked tidy when i went to have a look. RE: Some of my 306's in action - miles - 03-12-2012 Bit of the rear beam RE: Some of my 306's in action - lewisdmz - 03-12-2012 Another one from the 6 forum testing new waters eh? That forum has gone downhill in the past 6 months so much, it's a great shame as there was a good community and a lot of very knowledgeable posters. On another note that 285k mile 6 must be famous by now as the standard retort when someone mentions GTi unreliability. RE: Some of my 306's in action - Pete - 03-12-2012 Nice. Love the Cossack..best colour/best phase and track shlag spec RE: Some of my 306's in action - Poodle - 03-12-2012 That's pretty close to me, do you go to any of the local shows or anything? RE: Some of my 306's in action - C.A.R. - 04-12-2012 That Sigma looks fantastic. How safe is it running without a cambelt cover? You hear all these horror stories about stones / debris but all the big tuning companies run without covers etc. Why? RE: Some of my 306's in action - Matt - 04-12-2012 So much porn right here. So miles, when do you want to rebuild my engine? RE: Some of my 306's in action - Eeyore - 04-12-2012 they all look good! maybe when i have a job i can get into racing more! RE: Some of my 306's in action - miles - 04-12-2012 The most local show I do is Simply French at Beaulieu, other than that I do Pugfest but not have much time for anything else due to my Racing Cambelt covers are not a issue, It's not a road car or if it was I would run the bottom ones at least |
