Boost Gauge - Chris_90 - 24-11-2012 Wanting a boost gauge prefure 30psi max (going on a hdi) would like some pipe with it as well if possible..... As mine deiced it wants to read minus 14psi constantly lol What you got????? RE: Boost Gauge - Oil-burner - 24-11-2012 Surely you only need a 20psi gauge on a Hdi? Thought you only went to about 19psi on stage 2? Anyhow auto gauge tend to be fairly good on a budget, auto supplies sell them in boza. RE: Boost Gauge - Chris_90 - 24-11-2012 yer 19 psi if you dont turn boost up, but its recommended to be around 20-22 psi on a stage 2 but thats about the maximum the turbo will give out i think, i would consider a 20psi one, but if i do turn turbo up i would need to find a better gauge, watching a few on ebay..... I recommend no one use dragon garages i bought it new and its only lasted 2 month if that. RE: Boost Gauge - Oil-burner - 24-11-2012 The way I understand it a good map should give you the best power on as little boost as possible? I wouldn't bother with eBay ones, just go and buy one, they are hardly expensive. RE: Boost Gauge - Chris_90 - 24-11-2012 Not sure tbh im pretty sure ppl turn they boost up on a stage 2 but I might be rong I will look in to turning mine up once I get every thing sorted with clutch etc RE: Boost Gauge - zx_volcane - 24-11-2012 I've got a spare autogauge 20psi you can have for cheap? RE: Boost Gauge - Chris_90 - 24-11-2012 How much is cheap? Pm me RE: Boost Gauge - Chris_90 - 26-11-2012 Got one now thanks for your reply guys |
