Gays and women!
Just bought some of these bigger torsion bars and will be fitting them at the weekend. Just a quick question, the ones ive got have a threaded hole on either end and iirc the ones in the car have a small thread in the end to put a small nut on to hold the bars into the arms correct?
If so, does this thread just unscrew? can i just lock two nuts together on there and undo it?

because i dont want to whip them out (giggdy) only to find i cant fit the new ones because i will have a ed tantrum, throw both sets away and end up driving around on the shocks only

Standard items have threadded holes either end.
The captive end has a stud hicj will unscreww and pop them into the new bars.

As chris says . Your old ones will come out. Just dont snap them. . I havent done that before honest
