Air feed trumpet - Ben - 22-10-2012

Anyone put an air feed trumpet in a ph 3 foglight hole? Just measured the foglight hole and it was half an inch wider than it was high, just wondering what size to get to make it look flush?

how about taking a hole saw to a rallye blank? would hold it secure then too

Yep, I'm awesome Tongue

just to add, find the biggest one that'll fit in the smallest dimension

RE: Air feed trumpet - ben87 - 22-10-2012

i used one before but found the bottom of my filter used to get wet easily if its been raining or driving in a shallow puddle etc so ditched it

you could always wire up a trottle body on a solenoid to close it when it's raining/driving over puddles or what not. that'd be pretty win, and effective

Good idea with cutting a ralllye blank. Yeah I did think about it drawing in water, maybe it would have to be a summer only air feed!
