Rev counter problem - Bananalad - 19-10-2012

Changed my xud for another but the sensor for the rev counter is different? The hole in the back of the block is there but my sensor wont go in.. Any ideas? Thanks Smile

open it up? they are all the same.. must not have undone the 10mm bolt enough

What do you mean dave? I took the sensor out of my own block and when i went to put it into my new block there is nothing in the same hole?

Make the hole bigger by unscrewing the bolt that clamps around it

I am having this issue after I changed to a 306 box can't workout where is it.

My old sensor was around the back of the block and my new one is a white plug at the front of the engine?
