hi guys how easy or difficult is it to change a turbo on an hdi? looking at one going cheap with a blown turbo and thinking i could do the swap myself?
any advice would be great

Pretty difficult. You can do anything yourself if you try hard enough, you don't need any specialist tools or anything, it's just a massive ball-ache.
