Thank god I had a bungie cord on the front wheel, Otherwise I'd have had 1k's worth of bike bouncing down the M62 lol

Oh and being lazy with the bonnet bra over the last few months = This..

i only use my bonnet bra for long journeys/shows(sometimes) to avoid that problem! Shame about the bike thing but thank god it stayed there! D:

Yeah I'm not massively bothered about the bodywork..It is a works van after all! TBH thoughs of matt grey have crossed my mind Big Grin

Looking for a Thule carrier now, just need to see if one will fit the roofbars.

Bloke at work did better. Had a £1,000 road bike he decided to take off his roof rack and put in the garage for security, but left his lads cheap little BMX on the rack thinking it wouldn't cause any problems.

One low multi-storey carpark later and be has damaged the roof, rear quarter and bootlid on his 57 plate Focus to quite an extent! He was well peeved! It's really badly damaged, all from a kids bike!

Many a come-back from taking the piss out of my 'old French heap' haha!

As said its full of work gear at the moment-especially on this bon marche contract. If the vans emptyish than I can squeeze the bike in upright intact, just don't like taking wheels off ect tbh!
