Best part of a 306? - declantg - 05-08-2012 Just a random one really, what do you think the best part of a 306 is? I will go first, the map light. Sharp turn-in, changes direction quickly, sod-all understeer, lift-off oversteer, loads of feel through the super accurate steering, stable, and they ride pretty well too, better than my Skoda which is supposed to be a comfy cruiser... Then realised it was quicker than the 2.0 8V XSi.... So had to derate it to 90hp.... Torsion Bar rear suspension - the fact it's 6 bolts and the brake lines and the ENTIRE rear suspension unit falls on the floor... Any other car that handles even SLIGHTLY as well is a trillion times more complex.
