Wiltshire is 90mins drive away...Will bear you in mind if no one closer...

Depends if the bars are seized or not... If they're not it's pretty straight forward, if they are it's a pig

RE: Rear beam lowering in Basingstoke area - puglove - 28-06-2012

As curt says it depends what your beam is like. Could take an hour but if they are bad it could take 4.

Whats your cars age/ mileage ?

Its not as easy as spanners either. Every time iv done it iv needed slide hammer and impact wrench.

Is it just rear beam or front aswll you need doing?

RE: Rear beam lowering in Basingstoke area - Just Sean - 28-06-2012

Fronts on coilovers. Its a '99 meridian with 80k

Well, i figured that its not just spanners, i ment that im mechanically minded and can get stuck in lol!

Try kris b. he's Horsham/dorking way so but of a trek but his prices are good (£60 for a beam IIRC) and he knows his stuff!
