I can't remember if theres a difference, but will estate electric window motors fit in a 3 door?

No they won't, I would know haha I foolishly thought there couldn't be much of a difference but I was wrong

bollocks got an estate shell sitting round with 2 good motors, but looks like I will have to buy some, more expense

The actual motor itself *may* fit couldn't be sure
The mounts iirc are different and the wires and so on are different lengths. From what I remember you cant easily swap out the motor
