Anyone know if the convertible 306 beam is the same & what size torsion bars /ARB come on the petrol model ?

You could swap a beam from another model (petrol or diesel) on to a cab but the size of the ARB / torsion bars depends on the year / model / engine size. Ph1 & smaller engine'd models had correspondingly smaller ARB's & torsion bars, so you'll need to be more specific.
