fri; take 14 tablets in 14 hours, sit down-do nothing physical, nothing to be lifted and don't exert myself (docs orders)

I now have a diesel fabia 1.9 as d-turbo is long minced...…..it plods along but feels like im sitting on the roof, as I didn't realise 306 was so low ?
