Hello 205 GTI 2.1 TD - Biggen - 24-05-2018

Hi Friends.

I'm from France and I like a lot your forum. Here, there are professional workers!

I own a genuine 205 GTi 1985, with a legal diesel engine. It's a 2.1 TD 12V

I have started this project in 2009.

Now the car has lot's of mods:

-Customs forged Conrods
-Head Ported
-Racing Camshaft
-Flywheel Lightned
-Aluminium Damper Wheel
-GTB2060VKLR Turbo VNT with 62mm MFS Ball bearing
-FMIC 
-Oil Cooler
-60mm Exhaust Pipe
-4 in 1 Exhaust Manifold
-Homemade intake Manifold

Looks like a lot of effort has gone in to this.  Love those Speedline wheels btw.

Great looking car, great to see it's had a lot of effort put into it. I bet it must shift with the engine set up its running.

What clutch is it running? I can't imagine a standard one can handle the torque this would be putting out.

Clutch is a Sachs Racing, for 309 Gti 16 215mm. but I fit the standard disc with strong mecanism. It's softer for the street!!
