HDi to XUD rev counter - Piggy - 04-12-2017 There's a good reason I ask... HDi ph3 clocks. 2.1 xud in a ph3 with ph1 engine loom. Is there a way to make the HDi rev counter work? Switching a wire?! Everything else works on the HDi clocks...even the oil gauge. Not rev counter. Fixed this since day1 with ph2 xud clocks. Now need new clocks, got hdi ones spare and on almost exactly the same mileage Help RE: HDi to XUD rev counter - Mitch - 06-12-2017 I believe the hdi rev counter works from the crankshaft sensor via the ECU? Best bet would probably be getting a wiring diagram for each set of clocks off auto data and seeing what does what? You may be able to make something up out the 2.
