Breaking Bosch Fuel pump - Ben Jay - 20-05-2012

Every part available apart from the idle spring

Let me know what parts you want. Also i have 5 woodruff keys from pug so im selling those at £2 each.

The woodruff keys...............are you sure they are the correct ones for the Bosch? as the one that was fitted to the car was too small..............

because from what i heard from ruan and darren the vane pump could be sticky so it probably was on its way out.

i will double check tomorrow as they are in the packet but these were bought straight from pug rather then from ebay.

Cant you open the pump and fix the vane pump? Darren rebuilt mine i think cos when he fitted it we found out it was f*cked :/

How worn are the vane rotors? If there still tef coated (black) on the end how much for complete vane pump assay delivered? (Rotor /cover and vanes)

how much for the top half of the pump. mine could be messed up on the throttle leaver.
