Looking forward to this! We allowed to bring extra people or is the bbq area booked for a certain amount of people?

Yup, food and donations of charcoal/site fees. There are plenty of shops in the local area if you don't want to drag stuff all the way from home.

Does anyone expect to have a surplus of charcoal tomorrow? I was sure I had some but can't seem to find any, also what's the plan if it pisses it down we manning it out and eating the burgers raw??

I know it's only half the time but 2 hours each way for me, even if it rains it'll be worth while for me but I guess it might be different for you

I just spent the last hours of daylight fixing my rear wiper and battery terminal connector and the car is running nicely so I'm still planning on coming rain or shine...look forward to seeing you all there! :o)

There's plenty of shops nearby where you can get charcoal, there's a big Sainsburys(?) just down the road from the pub we meet at.

Also I have more photos just not very good ones spent an hour or two just editing these doesn't look like it but it's still time consuming but if anyone else is interested I'll create an image dump somewhere of all the ones I took and you can grab them from there. Obviously not to use on adverts or anything anyone will make money from although doubtful thought I'd add it ahah
