Relocating battery - check list - ginge191 - 05-10-2016 Yeh Just double checking all of this before I crack on with this 1) using a leisure battery box to use in the boot, secure down. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/232078691209 2) using 170A power cable from starter motor to battery. 3) keep OEM wiring from starter to loom. 4) use inline fuse - anyone suggest one? 4) earth battery in the boot 5) earth engine to chassis Anything I'm missing or need to consider? RE: Relocating battery - check list - cully - 05-10-2016 some way of bolting the cables together in the engine bay maybe a M8 rubber bobbin cable terminations crimper for said terminations battery terminals nuts and bolts to fix with some sort of sleeving to protect the cable through holes or around moving items a way of venting the battery outside RE: Relocating battery - check list - ginge191 - 05-10-2016 (05-10-2016, 06:09 PM)cully Wrote: some way of bolting the cables together in the engine bay Perfect; cheers!
