hello pug lovers - alex76 - 18-04-2016 hey folks this is my dear friend pug the diesel dog now I have had her for a good few years and done a good lot of miles but just before the mot ran out and she was taken off the road there was a grinding sound and knocking coming from the passanger side suspension leg which I have now rebuilt she is a 1.9 turbo diesel meridian 5 door on a 98 plate while she is off the road I would like to modernized her with new LED head lights a later bumper with circular fog lights and basically tart her up. so this is me and a big hello to all you pug lovers hello pug lovers - jjwilde69 - 18-04-2016 ![]() ![]() Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk Here's my 2000 hdi estate. Nearly 200k but still drives great. Love my pug. Actually been my favourite car. (jj, I'm sure you made a Newbies thread when you first joined up, but there is every chance I missed it, so I say welcome to you now! ![]() Alex - When you say you're upgrading to LED headlights, I assume you mean just a bulb upgrade? Will be genuinely interested to see how that turns out, I know some of the earlier LED bulbs had horrific light output, but LED technology has come a long way since then. As for the bumper, you just want a ph3 bumper to get the round fogs, and they do look a whole lot better than the ph2 bumpers. Oh, and what was up with the wing? RE: hello pug lovers - jjwilde69 - 18-04-2016 The led halo lights are OK as sidelights but I've put led bulbs in my motorbike and can't see a thing at night. They are pretty bad to be honest. I was after a bit of extra work space so decided to take it off and had a little bit of a bobo and knacked it lol |
