Crutches - happypug - 19-02-2016 Hi all my first post on the couch. I`m stuffed now for six wks as have had OP on my right foot, so no more driving for this amount of time. It`s bloody difficult balancing on crutches to do everything. As I am on my own now owing to my wife passing on with cancer, nobody cares about you only themselves. I live in a block of flats, it`s like a ghost area, you see no one from day to day Six weeks of boredom apart from tele and pc. My family live 1 and half hour away, so no help there. The bright side though, I have a new lady friend 120mls away, so plenty of tele calls. She works and cannot get time off to help me. Anyone like to come and cook and clean for me Ha Ha. At least I can hobble to my pug and start her occasionaly. It`s cold here and overcast, does not help with boredom. So that's my rant for Friday. Cheers

Gonna start wearing steel toes caps everywhere I think... ![]() Good luck I guess, could always try to interact with your neighbours, they might not be as selfish as you think.
