407 electric window reset - WiNgNuTz - 16-02-2016 Got a thread up on peugeotforums, but they seem quite slow to reply, so figured it'd be worth a punt chucking a thread up on here too. ![]() Basically, the drivers side rear window on the barge opens no problem, but when closing it reaches the top (closed position), but then comes back down a few inches, obviously thinking something is obstructing it shutting properly. I've read there is a reset procedure (ignition on - window fully down - window fully up - continue holding switch for 2 seconds - ignition off), but every time the window reaches the closed position, it automatically lowers again, even if I hold the switch. Any pointers? It's a long shot, I know, but figured it's worth a punt. ![]() 407 electric window reset - Sambarker - 18-02-2016 You can reset using Peugeot planet, done it on a 307 RE: 407 electric window reset - WiNgNuTz - 18-02-2016 Forgot I put this thread up![emoji38] Sorted it yesterday, turned out the window wasn't lowering fully after all. Whilst trying something else, I put the window all the way down, then pushed the switch again, and it went down a little further. Got it to its ACTUAL lowest point, wound it up, held the button, and jobs a good'un. ![]() |
