Hey everyone, I'm just wondering what the exact parts needed to fit a gti 6 head on the 1.8 XS,
And how much it would cost to get them fitted ??? .

gti 6 head. inlet and exhaust mani. a few coolant pipes down back and a few other bits that people can add

From what iv read its not that simple, youll need aftermarket management, be cheaper to just drop a gti6 lump in

I know its cheaper to drop a 6 in it but I love the handling of my car, lol I left an Astra vxr yesterday on the corners anyway haha.

Why would putting a Gti6 engine in ruin you handling? lol bit more weight granted, but I'm pretty sure the gains will be better than the losses

Yeh that is a point but probbly be cheaper to just buy a 6.
