Leaky union - Matt - 06-10-2015

I've got a leaky Union on my rear brakes after knocking up some new lines. What are options, it's not pissing out, it's not even dropped yet, I can see it's a little wet it's as tight as it will get, what are my options, guess its go back and start again? Or will this hold?

If you've made new lines can you not just chop the dodgy join off, make a new flare with union and adjust the line to fit..?

its not right, so make up a new pipe and make sure flares look even or you are wasting your time.

What are you expecting the options to be other than tightening it or replacing it? Can't really bodge it with tape or cable ties. Tongue

I don't mind doing it again, just wondered if a small wearing would effect the braking system tbh, I was tired when I wrote this so not thinking straight as per Tongue

I'll remove the leaky one and make new flares no problem Big Grin
