I know this as been asked a million and one... - blinkyeatu - 10-08-2015 Yes I know but I'm after a direct comparison between ds2500's, m1144's and then what are their life span vs OE. I'm sure the first 2 a £100 better but is it worth it, it's not for track days, are they good but I'll have to replace come next month. i had green stuff and they lasted me a few thousand Cheers guys RE: I know this as been asked a million and one... - zx_volcane - 10-08-2015 m1144 or ds2500 for the road will be more than enough. ds2500 have the edge, but then the price reflects it. I haven't found either wear out particuarly quickly RE: I know this as been asked a million and one... - Piggy - 10-08-2015 After using both within last 6mth, DS2500r's are a fair bit better imo. As said, price reflects that. They are known to do 50k miles RE: I know this as been asked a million and one... - blinkyeatu - 10-08-2015 Nice one that all sounds pretty doable then RE: I know this as been asked a million and one... - PartyJas - 11-08-2015 I used DS2500 on my GTi-6. Cant fault them. Yes they are expensive but I only fitted 2 sets in 10 years. That was on a daily driver that got plenty of abuse.
