Did rallye's come with a/c then??? I thought that was just for the 6's. I thought rallye spec was '6 minus the a/c and fogs?

No they didn't have aircon. This one had it added as an optional extra by the sounds of it.

Black paint wasn't an option, they made a set number of black ones.
Electric windows and air con are options as you say though.

How? I don't see that exactly 100 people randomly chose black... It may have cost more but wasn't 'an option' that could be added to any Rallye.

If you paid the extra, you got a black rallye. how is that not a cost option?

Because every Rallye could've been fitted with electric windows and/or AC if desired so that was 'optional' and entirely chosen by the customer. They couldn't all have been black, they made 100 black ones and it just happens that people were charged more for them, its not an 'optional' extra that everyone could've chosen if they wanted....afterall, they had to force some people to take the Cherry ones somehow.
