Pressurised fuel tank? - 4WayDiablo - 24-04-2012

As above anything to worry about?
I've never had it before
I was I a car park and turned the engine off and heard a running/gargling water ish sound coming from fuel tank area so opend the filler cap and it sounded like opening a can of fizzy pop :?

dont think it should do that im guessing a vent is blocked somewhere
aslo this might be why your cars running rough! loosen the cap to let the tank vent see if the car runs better

Likely to be the breather is blocked. I think its the small pipe that is just inside the filler tube.

Not just mine that does this then lol As said probably a breather pipe Smile

Mines the same, breather pipes blocked. I tried shoving wire down it but didn't clear it enough, so for the past 6 months I just make sure to leave the cap loose, does the job!
