Phase 1 help - Davidwheaty - 23-01-2015 So I'm after a phase 1 ( ideally a kingfisher but there not the easiest to find as you know) spotted this on auto trader for just under £500, id say its sigma blue but I could be wrong? What do you guys think? Worth a buy? Or should I gibe it a miss? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201501090045218 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RE: Phase 1 help - Mattcheese31 - 23-01-2015 That is Sigma yes, on a Lucas pump, but looks a good buy, check you can get your fingers behind the rear wheels in the arches and that the rear passenger arch isn't rotten ![]() RE: Phase 1 help - Davidwheaty - 23-01-2015 Yeah looks standard so I presumed it would be a Lucas pump, don't know a great deal about it but is it hard work tuning these? I.e Bosch pump, td04 and fmic. To me it dies look as though the rear passenger side is showing a little camber but I can't tell unless I go to view. RE: Phase 1 help - bashbarnard - 23-01-2015 Just go view it. Only way to know. RE: Phase 1 help - Jimmy306uk - 23-01-2015 Seen this on auto trader too, looks quite clean on the pics. Was pretty tempted to go look haha RE: Phase 1 help - Davidwheaty - 23-01-2015 Yeah think I'm gonna go view it see how it goes other than rust and rear beam anything else I should look for RE: Phase 1 help - 7057sam - 23-01-2015 Yeah does look clean I guess you won't know till you drive it. Make sure the handbrake works, the auto-adjust mech can be a pain in the bum. Not much to go seriously wrong with a Ph1 DT tho, worst it's going to be is stuff like worn bushes, leaking shocks etc - easy to replace and cheap too. RE: Phase 1 help - Davidwheaty - 23-01-2015 OK cheers guys I'll see how it goes and keep you all informed RE: Phase 1 help - Davidwheaty - 23-01-2015 Just went to look at it to get his number and its gone, must have been sold :/ RE: Phase 1 help - Iceman299 - 23-01-2015 (23-01-2015, 03:17 PM)Davidwheaty Wrote: Just went to look at it to get his number and its gone, must have been sold :/ It was on autotrader for a while iirc RE: Phase 1 help - Davidwheaty - 23-01-2015 Do they only stay on for a certain time?
