Fooby or otherwise known as Lord Earl Foobington is rumored to have founded the 306oc in 1789 however back then it was called TheSpecificAutomotiveOwnersCollective
This was incredibly forward thinking for the time as many of you might know the 306 was not made until 1956 some 300 years after the owners collective was formed.
The collective was renamed the 306oc some 3 years after the death of Lord Earl Foobington. The true cause of his passing is unknown although there are speculations that he tried to create the first man/computer hybrid by getting his groove on with an ethernet port which resulted in an electric shock to the nuts which as common knowledge will dictate is fatal.
Ever since that day however there have been reports of a "fooby" appearing time to time on the forum leaving messages and issuing bans to members for various reasons. Because of this some say the the server is haunted however it may just be a practical joker playing tricks on the new members perhaps we'll never know..
