Noisy - Jimmy306uk - 19-11-2014

Nads started doing this a lot lately. I'm not sure what it's called but when the cars cold it seems to be really noisy, but obviously when it's warmed up abit it goes away. Now it just doesn't go away like it's constantly cold, even when upto running temperature, and sometimes it can switch between the 2 quickly? Something sticking? Sounds like I hit ptec when it goes from quiet to loud haha Cool

Could just be the pump internal advance making her a bit more clattery until she's warm Smile

Doesn't go away mate, had it at 90 dial other day and still same noise, can switch to quiet then after 2 seconds switch back to being noisy haha

On the plus side it feels quicker :p? Guess it's chucking more fuel in thinking it's cold?

No it doesn't work like that matey, it'll just be getting a better burn from the colder denser air Smile

Have you tried abit of 2-stroke in the fuel, help with the lubrication of the pump and injectors??

Might be too late if the internals are worn tho.
