removing tyre valves - samass - 15-04-2012

got the tyres taken off my lasers and my spare the other day, but forgot to get the guy to take the valves out, want them out for painting, how do i go about it?

Hacksaw the base off inside the rim and pull it out with a pair of pliers, they will fit new ones when you get the tyres on anyways

Are you replacing them? If so just cut the bottom off

Cut off the base of it and then pull it out Smile

Sharp knife behind the back of it will do the job.

Knife is how you'd do it at a tyre shop, no need for hacksaw lol.
