EMP gauge - ash23 - 09-11-2014 since I have nearly finished the manifold for the gt22 i may aswell weld a boss in for a emp reading while im at it my question is what gauge do you guys use for this any links / advice would be appreciated. thanks ash RE: EMP gauge - Chris_90 - 09-11-2014 I'll be needing exactly same thing so I'll keep my eye on this RE: EMP gauge - mr_fish - 11-11-2014 I have a 63mm, 60 psi FlowFit one bolted to the dash. Seems to do the job. RE: EMP gauge - zx_volcane - 11-11-2014 You can use anything that will read a decent amount of pressure. I have an autometer 60psi boost gauge - but they're not cheap. You could go for any air pressure gauge RE: EMP gauge - Chris_90 - 11-11-2014 How are you connecting the gauge to the manifold cos I can only guess that you can't use rubber boost hose lol RE: EMP gauge - mr_fish - 11-11-2014 copper brake line and fittings. then once after from it, nylon pipe iirc...for sure there are pictures in my thread. RE: EMP gauge - Piggy - 11-11-2014 Yeah...see my RR first failed run for why a rubber hose is a bad idea!! |
