Brothers Dturbo progess thread - strictly_perv - 13-04-2012
My brother's car had a fight with something and lost so he needed a new car. We looked round for ages and after some convincing he got a 306 Dturbo.
It's Nile blue, 186k, cosmetically pretty bad but mechanically sound. 11months mot and no tax. Paid £450 for it which I thinks okay.
Plans are just a general tidy up or maybe rat it as some of the damage isn't worth repairing. And OFC some fuel adjustments.
I forgot how slow and restricted the unmolested engines feel, I kept expecting a kick as it comes on boost but all it gives is a gentle nudge.
It's running a lucas and probably a K03 unfortunately being a phase 2.5 S reg.
