Hi
I'm thinking of changing to a gti-6 rear beam. Currently mine is non ABS drum brake set up. Can I swap to a disc beam easily or would I be better sticking with a drums?

Just need to get disc brake handbrake cables and be prepared to fiddle with the brake lines a bit

No, its only a couple of sensors and abs rings

Just cut the abs sensors off. Rear disc beams are very rare without abs

currently in the same boat got myself a vts beam im stripping at the moment, as its gonna go on a non abs phase 1 can i ditch the compensator spring valve for a t piece to split the lines?
