have i killed another pump ? - andyyy - 18-09-2014

So had a tinker with a lucas pump last night followed jammapics guide

so i screwed the compensator all the way in then out 2 turns

and upped the max fuel 90 degrees

now no fuel will come out of the pump

I hit the primer about a hundred times now iv cracked the injectors and nothings coming out

Taken the fuel pipe off and theres fuel there so its getting to the pump just not getting out

iv also removed the insides of the stop solenoid so its not that

Ideas , or should i just wack my bosch on it

back the max fuel screw off 1/4 turn. some lucas pumps dont like being turned up to the max and wont let fuel through.

brilliant! lol

I once replaced the springs, for the brushes on my motorbike starter, for ones out of a clicky pen
