GI/WIW Astor 6 + extras - 7057sam - 16-07-2014
Thinking of maybe getting a megane r26 or trophy so the 6 would sadly be for sale.Just be interested about its value and intersted partys, if I couldn't get the price I would easily keep it and put cams and brakes on.
its been a great car and just after more power which would cost minimum of 2k which I would nt be far of getting me a megane.
here's bits I have done to it
MOT march 15
TAX sept 14
120k xsara engine fitted by me an carl(very quite, pulls very well)
de air coned all new pulleys and rich w alloy pulley, cambelt also done.
RichW Flywheel & New Valeo Clutch kit fitted
New Clutch cable
New flywheel bolts
New Clutch fork bearings
New BV Gearbox oil
New Gearbox/Driveshaft seals
New Gearbox end crank seal
Brand new drive shafts fitted, the old boots were cracked and the abs rings were badly destorted
New genuine Gearbox Mount
BakerBM Lower engine mount
The car also has
RichW front roller bearing bushes.
Miles Solid rear beam mounts.
Miles solid gear linkages (july '13)
Ash'a hybrid anti roll bar in the rear.
Front strut brace painted black.
Lowered on kw v1 coilovers
Rear lowered to suit. Stainless Braided flexi-brake lines all round.
K&N induction kit,
Nissens Rad.
Tailored GTi--6 mats including boot.
Team Heko wind deflectors
Decat
magnex catback
Black masks
Can come with orange 1 2's with brand new budgets or also have good condition clones with falkens on.
Extra's are :tarox 6 pots kit,direct fit 16 1.2 's on ado48s, catcam 3107's and mapped ecu.

Not sure what power you want...but you could see decent gains for less than £2000!!

Yeah I may put the cams in and see whats its like but I fancy 250 ish brake and I know its going to be hard to achieve in this maybe with bodies an management.

You could charge it for less than 2k and if your really careful with how you spend, probably do it for less than 1.5k.
None the less if you do decide to sell up, id say about £1800 would be a good asking price. Its pretty mint!

Ok when for a drive after.......definitely not selling it now haha
Will be selling some of my spares and other bits to fund the winter project,temtped to boost a 6 lump again but in a differnt way
