For the air filter if you are determined to run one. Get some flexible piping and just run it round to the normal place

I'm pretty sure I used standard pipework for my top mount intercooler set up.

Or de-filter for all the swooshy noises ?

RE: Fitting a td04 - Jake - 15-07-2014

That's what I did. Real men don't need filters.

RE: Fitting a td04 - Dieseldave93 - 15-07-2014

RE: Fitting a td04 - Dieseldave93 - 15-07-2014

Oil line can get made up at any decent hydraulic factors.

Incorrect. They just replace them when they brake and get on with it

Sorry to jump on this thread guys but would there be a demand for 'off the shelf' oil lines for TD04 turbos? The company i work for supply Goodridge hose and fittings so i'm sure I could get something made up.

No, I wouldn't say TD04's specifically, just all different turbos for the XUD9 oil feed fitment in general.

HX-XX's, TDXX's, GT2XXXS's, GT2XXXV's etc. You get the jist of it.

Ok. The lines are rebuild able and not swaged so it would just be a case of using a different fitting on the turbo end depending on which model is being fitted... food for thought.
