Boss kit. - kentiiboii - 21-05-2014 Just wondering if there is a difference between a phase 1 boss kit and a phase 2/3 boss kit? RE: Boss kit. - Janne L - 22-05-2014 They are different :-) Ph1 has a nut securing the wheel/hub, ph2/3 uses a bolt. So the steering column is different. Re: Boss kit. - kentiiboii - 22-05-2014 Shit got a feeling my boss is from a phase 1. RE: Boss kit. - Danny2009 - 22-05-2014 Ph1 wheels fit ph2/3 don't see why the boss wouldn't be the same could be wrong like lol RE: Boss kit. - Tom - 22-05-2014 Surely the boss will just have a splined hole? So you could sit it on the splines and put a bolt down through, or it would go over the threaded part and you could put a nut on it? So it should fit either?? Re: Boss kit. - kentiiboii - 22-05-2014 That's what I'm kind of thinking to tom. RE: Boss kit. - Pompey306mark - 22-05-2014 Bosses are different if you using an aftermarket wheel. Sure you remember my small aftermarket wheel on the 5 door. Well I had to by a different boss as it would not fit the phase 2 3 door model. Re: Boss kit. - kentiiboii - 22-05-2014 Well I'm using grants old omp copy. What's different about the boss? I looked on eBay for a difference but they have same part numbers. RE: Boss kit. - Pompey306mark - 23-05-2014 Can't remember now. But it does not fit hence why I bought a new one Re: RE: Boss kit. - kentiiboii - 23-05-2014 (23-05-2014, 06:35 AM)Pompey306mark Wrote: Can't remember now.
