My 2.0 8v hdi is struggling to start it eventually does .
I think its a fueling issue..... I've replaced the fuel filter no change... Then a few years ago I did a job on a Nissan van with similar Symptoms and that was cured by fitting a one way valve between the fuel filter and the HP pump but nothing is working..... Any ideas??

Is it all the time, hot and cold?
Are there any lights on the dash, codes logged and how does it run once started?

mines, doing exactly same thing mate or was...
fixed it today and caused another problem, check my thread

80% of the time no codes and good pressures when runninh
