Cheddar Meet - 24/03/2014 - mr_fish - 24-03-2014 Awesome day yesterday glad I travelled up. Only got a couple photos and videos. Highlights being, the gorge run (even if we had to anchor up a bit sharpish at times), Food (obviously), and the convoy to Trents which resulted in me overtaking Dum Dum (couldn’t stand the smell of the veg any more) then watching in my rear view mirror as he took so rather noticeable bumps in the road at speed….oh and getting to operate an agricultural machine… Pictures One of Paul’s 205 GTi 6. Cannot believe the tightness of the fit. Must be a right hoot to drive though! Dum Dum starting his wagon Then at Trent’s looking at his donor vehicle Which started off as talk of ‘just taking the radiator out’ resulted in ‘lets remove the whole engine’ ‘Professional’ Mechanics at work With a video of Dum Dum showing how to get the job done. Results of Man & Axe vs a stock 306 Airbox Then the professionals departed…and left myself, Zak and Trent to deal with the engine.
