Just been poking around the engine bay and found this plastic stuff around the steering rack area, anyone know what it is?

keeps all the crap off the steering ram
also collects all the PAS fluid when the ram starts to leak

oh haha i may have to cable tie it to secure it a little better, i though a bag was trapped around it
