handbrake/low fluid light on dash - gavxud - 14-02-2014

Past couple of days my brake fluid/handbrake light has been coming on and staying on , car has plenty of brake fluid, no detectable leaks and good discs and pads all round , light gets brighter when I put thehandbrake on and dims when I take handbrake off

Any ideas people

I also have lost my left hand indicators but I can get them to work if I fiddle with the stalk a little but I wasnt sure if this may be connected to the warning light problem

Indicators will be a stalk issue, if you are capable enough you can take them apart and clean them. I also have the fluid warning light problem, I suspect a dodgey handbrake switch but it hasnt bothered me enough to try and fix it as it only happens every now and again
