1.6 306- where to begin - Lew23 - 11-02-2014 So just bought this 1.6, plenty of life left in it and plenty of room for improvement. New to modding so dont know where to begin, top of the list is some white cyclones i think, followed by some white headlights and a sportex backboxt. not sure whether to lower it though RE: 1.6 306- where to begin - Piggy - 12-02-2014 See my project thread for what to do with a 1.6 engine! RE: 1.6 306- where to begin - 7057sam - 12-02-2014 Get some pictures up mate I'd say lower it 40mm which would look good and not compromise the ride. They make it sound super raspy which is nice instead of a massive drone from a sportex backbox. White cyclones will be alright. Look in to getting an induction kit on there. With some piping and an aftermarket filer it should only be about £15 max. Also with lowering id go for 40mm. 40mm isnt low enough to catch on everything and you still get the handling and looks. 60mm is obviously low and you will catch on everything. |
