Hi all not a very important thing i was just curious why this pipe is here, and not 100% sure if this is the right place to post questions about my car ? haha cheers in advance

Looks like the overflow pipe for the radiator header tank - basically vents any excess pressure/coolant downwards rather than all over the engine.

It is the overflow pipe, you want it pointing down through the hole in the chassis somewhere near the washer bottle so that any excess fluid/vapour drains out rather than pointing into your engine bay. That's how they came from the factory anyway.
