Steering rack gaiter change - WiNgNuTz - 18-01-2014
Ok, so to get the car through its MOT, i need to change the o/s steering rack gaiter, as its split.
Now, i'm pretty confident i know what i need to do, but does anyone have any tips i may not have thought of?
For instance, do i actually NEED to remove the TRE to get the gaiter on?

Unless its really stretchy, you will have to take the tre off, other than that its pretty straight forward
