All have been removed from a 1.9 D Turbo but some are interchangeable.

Yes it is stock, however i do remember somone here or on tdoc.co.uk selling adaptors custom made for fmic's...
I got one a while ago! Maybe he's still doing them? If i find him i'll pm you matey
