Excess Insurance - lolsteve - 27-12-2013 Anyone heard of this? it's insurance for the excess on your insurance?... So you could bump up the excess on your insurance to lower the premium then buy this to protect yourself ![]() http://www.goodbyeexcess.com/motor_insurance_excess_protection.html RE: Excess Insurance - Niall - 27-12-2013 Sounds dodgy to me. Especially seeing as higher excesses normally only knock pennies off your insurance premium anyway unless your a new driver. RE: Excess Insurance - 1616six - 27-12-2013 XSProtect, been going years now & I sell a lot of it, decent product! RE: Excess Insurance - Toms306 - 27-12-2013 My sister has this through Flux, saved quite a bit on the premium to raise the excess as she's only 17. Wouldn't bother with it myself though, at our age it barely makes any difference as Niall says. RE: Excess Insurance - Piggy - 27-12-2013 I normally find fully comp with a very high excess is cheaper than TPFT and gives you the added extras of fully comp RE: Excess Insurance - Jenkosowls - 27-12-2013 I find fully comp is cheaper that TP and TPFT and im not exactly old and that's with a compulsory excess of £250 RE: Excess Insurance - Dum-Dum - 28-12-2013 Defo sounds dodgy even if it aint. My excess is only £100 anyway. |
