i have just installed the program for the galletto when I try to read ecu all it say is
Opening port impossible
can anyone help me

That is clearly a 'Danger to Manifold' error.

think he's trolling. most likely scenario is its a faulty cable, otherwise bad drivers installed/lack of drivers installed.
