I have a soft spot for Astra Vans.

RE: Guilty Pleasure Cars - Lego Jon - 16-11-2013

So do they, usually in the footwell. Lol

Hey! My early 190 wasn't bad! Had all the exterior pack / spoiler / splitter and the best 6-spoke wheels. The 140 is the gay one! The 190 is on-par with a EP3 Civic Type R but miles better looking IMO. Mind, you're calling it gay...I sold my MX5 to get one lol

I sold my 306 Cabriolet to get my MX5 too!!

RE: Guilty Pleasure Cars - Lego Jon - 16-11-2013

Yeah but the mx5 is a fantastic rwd roadster.
The celica is and was voted (in hair dresser monthly) best looking car lmfao

RE: Guilty Pleasure Cars - C.A.R. - 16-11-2013

Well it was good looking lol

They're a good steer though, can't take it away from them. Let down by the brakes and gearbox. And the model with 140hp which couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding.

RE: Guilty Pleasure Cars - Lego Jon - 16-11-2013

I had the 2.0l gen 4 and gen 5. Great cars.

You read that?

RE: Guilty Pleasure Cars - Lego Jon - 17-11-2013

I've been a member of ccuk (celica club) for a couple of years now. Its in the archives of the forum but there's a link to a hairdressers magazine.

RE: Guilty Pleasure Cars - C.A.R. - 17-11-2013

That's a good club to be fair, nice members. Worst thing about the Gen7 was the boot struts - the boot tries to eat you if you're not careful...

Ridiculously loud Scoobies.

They make such an awesome noise. I no I shouldn't like it. But I love it!

Lol. Yeah I steered clear. A gen 4 and 5 fan.
Lol yeah, also the Fondmetal Alloys were made of cheese. Buckled and bent at the slightest chance.

Metro Turbo Inlove

Used to own this before someone bought the shell off eBay and desecrated it by putting a 6R4 bodykit on Doh:-
[Image: MyMetroTurbo.jpg]

Used to look almost identical to the above pic originally. was converted to Rx-8 RWD then was repainted orange with a SAAB Turbo engine and sold on ebay as unfinished project.
