Right DVLA have sent me a reminder for a sorn for a car I scrapped 2 years ago. Anyone know the number I can phone to tell them I don't have it anymore? I'm at work at the moment and any use DVLA website on my phone.
Can someone find me the number so I can phone them in the morning. Thanks guys

Have you got the logbook?
If so, write scrapped in big letters over it and post it to them with a note explaining the situation. I'm expecting the same this month.

I scrapped it 2 years ago, they scrap yard took the logbook said they would sort it. Guess they didn't

make sure you get confirmation, i was in exactly the same situation not so long ago, they called the bailiffs on me because i had not replied aparently, untill i showed them my proof of posting then they gave me a little extra, you will have to notify them of who you sold it to (address) to get it scrapped

I have. I idea who it was scrapped to. My grandad dealt with it. Doubt he will remember his memory is as bad as mine
