hi guys,
Purchased another petrol 306 recently and have a few problems.
1) Ignition doesn't spring at all and having trouble getting wipers etc to work first time without turning back slightly.
Is the spring in the barrel itself or do I need to buy a separate part?
2) Heater doesn't work. I listened to it tonight and sounds as though there is a noise like a motor trying to start but then stops. but then again I'm not sure if it is the sound travelling from fuel pump. I have tried wriggling the dials but nothing happens.
I have been told that the common reason for fan not working is the rheostat. do the 306's with A/C have a rheostat ?
Any ideas ?

Just a very delayed update.... Sorry
Replaced ignition barrel so sll good on that front
Replaced blower fan and it's very loud as if it's catching and also constantly on no matter which position dial is set
Anyone had blower problems like this?
